Okay …. so maybe I’m a little *behind* on my celebrity gossip and this is probably very old news by now but I feel that the lovely Kim deserves a little bit of credit.
SHE’S THE ULTIMATE PEAR

At 5′3″ with measurements of 35-26-40 and a dress size of 2/4, Kim is hardly what you will call fat. She is curvy with a classic pear body type (her hip measurements are greater than her bust measurements) and booti-li-cious sexy.
Other celebrities that have the same body type are Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez and Beyonce. And, no one in their right mind will call these women fat!
In fact, about 20% of women have the same body type, including me. When I gain weight, it all goes to the waist, hips and the butt.
It takes a lot of work to get rid of the love handles and dimples once they appear but with a good combination of proper diet and exercise weight loss can be achieved.
If you have the same body type, then check out these tips from the experts:

Just like Kim and other billions of women out there, I don’t like fat deposits anywhere on my body…. but if they must come and pay a visit, I am glad they don’t settle on my belly.
A new study published has associated belly fat with “increased risk of diabetes, heart problems, and stroke, also increases the risk of getting dementia in your later years”. Belly fat is usually associated with an Apple shape body type.

“Where you carry your weight is an important risk factor …. If you are overweight and carry it in your belly, you are at greater risk [of health problems] than someone overweight who doesn’t carry it in their belly.”
Always keep in mind that proper nutrition and exercise today can go a long way in maintaining your health for tomorrow …. no matter what your body type is.
