Helpful advice, but it would take a whole lot more than that to motivate me, but maybe I am just a lost cause!!
These are great tips to get me motivated. I am usually so hard to get cracking, but I will give these a try.
I can usually find a lot of motivation once I get myself *to* the treadmill or other workout equipment… the hard part is getting there.
Same here katharina…once I AM excercising I do not need any further motivation..but the fist step towards the gym is the toughest as there are hundred other things I want to do at that time.
