I really need to grill more things this summer. I’ve hesitated doing meat because of the “doneness” factor but I need to get over that.

I like grilled veggies, too… it’s a great side dish for nearly anything that I’m serving. Some are definitely better grilled than fixed any other way.

The grilled veggies just hit the spot! I love to grill veggies outside in nice weather, or I will grill them on my cast-iron grill in my kitchen. Either way they are always delicious!

oohhh yummy… I am drooling over the ‘Tuscan T-bone Steak’ It is so easy to cook on this sort of grill. Great for the summer.
