		<description>This is so important to remember! It&#039;s not enough to just lose the weight if it&#039;s not toned at the same time.

I think where lack of weight training would be most visible is at the upper arm area and the legs.

I have a really great set of weights... even a pretty color for lady weight trainers.  :-)</description>
