Cellulite is one of the main concerns of the women that come to my fitness and nutrition centers. It’s so frutrating for them to workout hours at a time and not see any change in the appearance of cellulite, so this article is such a help. I tell all my clients that cellulite can’t be dealt with by exercise alone, but with a combination of the right diet and the right workout routine. Thanks for all the helpful information. I think it will help save so many people time and energy to have tools such as this.
