Just because the information is available, does not need the prospective employer has to wade through it. Some good tips, like extra copies, references etc... but I would not have time to look at a whole folder full of stuff from each candidate.. I'd never get any work done! My advice is.. keep it simple, don't overpower a prospecive employer with paper and reading material.
