I always find time for breakfast. To me it’s the most important meal. Revs up my metabolism and staves off hunger until lunch.
I always make sure my children eat breakfast before school. Even if it’s just waffles with juice or milk. I wonder if that has anything to do with my daughter’s high grades?
breakfast means a healthy option for me…I found my husband was not the breakfast person, just after getting married and I showed him how it affected what he ate later…now that he eats breakfast, he finds himself energised for work and eats much less junk food and coffee.
If I try to skip breakfast, I’m feeling totally sick by about 9:00. I’ve always eaten a good breakfast even if it’s not traditional breakfast food.
