Hello – I have been trying to read as much as I can on the “shots” – I recently purchased a box and have intentions of starting off on Monday with a “shot” to start my week (FYI: I quit smoking and have gained a large amount of weight…) I will re-post after my first week – I have high hopes…

I am afraid there are no easy ways to lose weight. Putting more chemicals into your system is unlikely to be benefial in the long term. Has anyone tried this stuff at all? Be interesting to seee what users think of it.

When looking at the description of the diet aid, I can’t see anything indicating it stimulates the metabolism. It affects satiety.

Since it isn’t a stimulant, it is basically an appetite suppressant, and probably LESS dangerous than caffeine, unless you are allergic to one of its ingredients.

Good point Sagemother, which would lead me to believe, does this really work? So many of these products are just a waste of money.

I am not sure how you can abuse an appetite control product beyond the sort of consumption found with extreme coffee drinkers.

How would people abuse these and what problems could develop from the abuse?

I’ve heard of them before, but I really don’t know what I think of them yet. Maybe for some people they would be okay, but I’m afraid of people abusing them.

I have never heard of this product but might give it a try. I am always looking for weight loss products that make dieting easier, since I take medications that cause weight gain.

I would be interested to know about the side effects. I guess anything that helps people to get healthy must be a good thing. In the end the most important things are a change of lifestyle and a healthy diet.

I have never heard of these. They are an interesting concept. I am not sure if I personally would have a need for them. I do know some people that would like to try them though, I will need to pass on this info.
