And believe me, I am ready to breakout *from the cage I call my office*, let my hair down and just have some plain good ol’ fashion fun. One that preferably does not involve the presence of my laptop, marital responsibilities and the rain.
But since I can’t have everything that I want, I’m going to have to settle for a feel good tune from my favourite dj David Guetta to kick off the first day of our canadian long weekend
…… and perhaps satisfy the *urge* to go play with body paint …..
Have a safe one everybody!

Have fun with the body paint
Oh wow, I could *so* use a free weekend… in fact the need for it is almost painful. Maybe I’ll follow suit and do this myself this weekend.
Good suggestion.
I would love to have an unplanned weekend. It seems the obligations and dates just pile on themselves! Body paint sounds fun!
“Free” weekend I can handle… but unplanned never seems to work. I’ve never been able to *plan* unplanned time.
Nancy, LOL! Body paint anytime of the week sounds like too much to resist, doesn’t it???
To hell with all the responsibilities. Now, if I can only find myself an agreeable playmate for the deed….
Katharina, LOL!
I hope your weekend was as therapeutic as mine
EviesEarth, I know we get so caught up with planning every minute of our day, it’s so disgusting!
We just need to take a step back and relax…. sometimes.
The hubby and I make a point of having at least one day a week where we stay in bed.
He serves breakfast in bed, we watch tv or read.
It is the big chill, and I think more people should take up the habit.
Katharina, LOL!
Did you know the secret to having an unplanned *time* off, is to keep it unplanned and demand to take every minute that you can take off?
