This is interesting but I just don’t know if I have it within me to fast for any length of time. Fasting seems to be becoming more popular.
I have done this before. I really enjoyed it. It is easier than you think. I don’t see here, though, anything that says how long you should do it.
Would really to try this … I love juice drinks, but too lazy to make some for myself

This sounds very interesting. I’m not sure I’d last too long on it, but at least the things sound nutritious unlike much of the other types of fasting that people do.
The good thing about juice fasting is that you are still getting a few calories, which may stave off any rebound problems when you start eating solid foods again.
