My internal clock is really funny. I don&#039;t even need an alarm clock to wake up at 5am!  Sometimes it drives my husband crazy because I really do try to go back to sleep and I end up getting him unsettled.

So it&#039;s good to know that there are other natural alternatives out there without having to take melatonin.</description>

My problem isn&#039;t with getting to sleep at night because that comes pretty fast.

I wake too early, though, and that can get annoying real fast. It&#039;s often like 4 a.m. Granted I often get up between 5 and 5:30 but 4 is a bit much.</description>
