Some good information about sleep apnea in there. I have trouble falling asleep at night but luckily I sleep well once I drop off and don’t get sleep apnea.
There is nothing worse than not being able to get to get to sleep. There was some useful information in that clip. I would certainly try a natural product to help me sleep.
Great tips. I know of a few family members that may benefit from these tips. Thanks for posting!
I have no pride or shame. I will use natural OR pharmaceuticals to get to sleep.
Deep sleep prevents my having to suffer an increase in my chronic pain, so I consider it a pain management necessity!
Those are some good tips. My problem is my husband, he can’t stay still at night!
thankfully…I do not have any trouble falling to sleep…as my infant makes sure he keep me busy all day long so that when I finally get a chance to drop off…i really go zzzzzzz….
great tips…although thankfully i have no sleeping issues as my baby makes sure i get all the excercise all day long to get in bed and just go zzzzzzzz
There are treatment s for that sort of sleep problem too I believe, it’s called “restless leg syndrome”
My problem isn’t with getting to sleep at night because that comes pretty fast.
I wake too early, though, and that can get annoying real fast. It’s often like 4 a.m. Granted I often get up between 5 and 5:30 but 4 is a bit much.
Ooops, typed my email address wrong after a crash yesterday… hope this isn’t a repeat!

justontime, since this blog is all bout about *me*….. I have always had problems sleeping and I’d be so lucky to be able to get more than four or five hours of sleep at night.
So it’s good to know that there are other natural alternatives out there without having to take melatonin.
SageMother, LOL!
*natural or not*
I do have sleep management issues and I’ve tried almost everything to get a good night sleep….. I will try anything JUST to have a good night sleep.
Diamondsapphire, my husband says the same thing about me.
Sometimes, I end up facing the oppositie direction when I wake up. LOL! poor guy.
Nancy, my husband suffers from the restless leg syndrome and sometimes I get woken up in the middle of the night because his legs just keep on twitching while it’s trying to relax.
I should try to google some answers to that.
Katharina, I have the same problem also!
My internal clock is really funny. I don’t even need an alarm clock to wake up at 5am! Sometimes it drives my husband crazy because I really do try to go back to sleep and I end up getting him unsettled.
Katharina, what is your website address?
Atula, I really envy those that can just drop off and sleep at any given time…..
No matter how late I sleep I still wake up at 5am sharp.
It’s really irritating sometimes!
