I thought Olive Oil was just about perfect as it was, so the added vitamins are a bonus.

I assume these vitamins withstand heating well!

I love to cook with Olive Oil. I just wish the good stuff was not so expensive so I could use it more in my cooking. I will have to check this brand out.
