The Ecoflow’s innovative dual flush design upgrades your existing toilet with advanced water saving technology. Ecoflow installs in minutes on your existing toilet and provides full flush and half flush options to reduce water consumption by fifty percent, without the cost, inconvenience and environmental impact of installing a new toilet fixture. Ecoflow can save a family of four up to one hundred dollars per year and, most importantly, save precious water.
The Swash Ecoseat is the first of its kind toilet seat with refreshing feminine and posterior washes, simple push button controls, and a slam-free, antimicrobial seat and lid. The Swash Ecoseat replaces your existing toilet seat, fits nearly all residential toilets, and does not require an electrical outlet like other products. Better than dry toilet paper, the Ecoseat’s retractable wash wands provide a more comfortable bathroom experience while saving a family of four over one hundred and twenty dollars a year in toilet paper. In a groundbreaking environmental LCI (lifecycle inventory) study of the use of the Swash Ecoseat compared to conventional toilet practices, Franklin Associates determined that the Swash Ecoseat reduces energy consumption by fifty percent, solid waste generation by sixty percent and greenhouse emissions by fifty percent. “Each year, 54 million trees are cut and tons of energy wasted just to produce toilet paper for the U.S. market. The Swash Ecoseat is a very easy way to reduce toilet paper consumption by seventy five percent, saving trees, energy, and money.” said Scott Pinizzotto, CEO of Brondell Inc.
The Ecoflow and Swash Ecoseat products will be available summer 2008 with retail pricing starting at $129 and $249, respectively. “With our new eco-active products, people can immediately and easily reduce their impact on the environment and save money without sacrificing comfort or convenience in the bathroom. It really is a win, win, win,” says Pinizzotto. “Brondell’s rapid growth shows that American consumers are demanding more in bathroom products than pretty towels and tile design –
they want solutions that fit their lifestyles.”

Thanks for dropping by!
This is really great to see. I knew that you used quite a bit of water when flushing but this would help out a lot. We have one of the water saving toilets you can get.
You know I live in Mississippi, right? Well, I am still trying to potty train my son, who is 13 years old. He’d rather walk out the front door and pee on the tree by the porch.
Guess that turns out to be a good thing, eh?
have a super weekend!
We have kept a brick in our toilet’s reservoir for years, to cut the amount of water loaded after each flush.
This new toilet seat sounds like a great upgrade, especially if it also serves as a bidet, cutting the need for toilet paper!
I have a young son who is six years old who does the same thing. If he is outside he will just drop drawers and pee. I guess if you look at it he is helping to save water with not having to flush. lol.
Saving Our Water and Forests One Toilet at a Time…
Have you ever wondered what happens when you flush the toilet? Everyday 100,000,000 rolls of toilet paper are used worldwide and 6.8 million gallons of water are flushed down the toilet. Our forests are being destroyed at record numbers and our water s…
Now that sounds like an exciting new product! I’ve never used a bidet, but I’ve *always* though it sounded like a great idea… and I’m surprised that these retail prices are quite affordable.
You know, pligg.com,
once I am done with the toilet, I really try NOT to think about what happens to the contents, once flushed!
Eeeyew
LOL
Tater03, and I *thought* this only exists in the movies.
Liquid, that’s so funny. I guess you don’t really need to conserve energy or water, and he’s doing is part in saving toilet paper.
SageMother, I’m not sure if I can really get used to the idea of using a bidet
Calyso, you and Liquid are making me really nervous about having kids in the future.
How old can a boy be before he gets arrested for indecent exposure?
I would be nervous about kids relieving themselves outdoors!
Tater, I assume you mean he does that on private property where no one sees… and not on public property or when you’re out somewhere, right?
Katharina, I’m pretty sure this is going to be the future that we base how “modern” each other’s homes are….
Can you just imagine? Coffee shop talk will now be about *did you see the bidet at her house?*
Just going to a really posh restaurants get my girlfriends raving about how beatiful the restroom is after a quick visit during dinner.
Katharina, we do, don’t we. Maybe because we think that there are a lot of natural water resources that we don’t even stop for a moment to understand the process that gets water usuable for our homes.
