iCIRCUIT: Coughlin’s 45-minute circuit training workout can be done at the gym, at home or on the road. This workout helps decrease body fat, sculpt and tone and includes, cardio training, upper body sculpting, core training and deep muscle conditioning.

Natalie Coughlin, represented by Octagon, won five medals at the 2004 Olympics, and is one of only three American women to win five swimming medals at a single Olympics. She is the first woman to break the1-minute mark in the 100 meter backstroke and is the events current record holder. Coughlin is the most decorated female athlete in world championship history. Coughlin graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley, where she continues to train with coach Teri McKeever.
