Is it just me, or don’t you think that spring collections just deliver a lot more *oohs* *aahs* and *i’ve got to have it* than any other? And this season I am obsessing on silver jewelry!
Silver accessories are going to be a hot celebrity trend this spring because they are so versatile….. Beyonce, Natalie Portman, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lopez… The divas are out in full force bringing on the bling and the media is just loving it.
The secret to starting your own silver jewelry collection is to make sure that you find pieces that are unique and different. Classic…. yet has got that star quality to it. Here are just some of the *pretty* things I’ve been eyeing lately!
“Absolutely fabulous handcrafted solid silver wild rose bangle. The roses are not fixed but move on the bangle and made to order.”
From Love2Have Jewelry.
“Beautiful wild rose hook earrings available in polished silver to match the bracelet. Matching necklace also available.”
From Love2Have Jewelry.
help *I have this uncontrollable urge to drool some more*
They are so beautiful, it takes my breath away and I absolutely have to have both! I mean, why buy the bracelet when you can be twice the diva with the drop earrings?
Since my husband is indulging me a little bit because our one year wedding anniversary is coming up, indulge I will ….
I’m window shopping for my present at Love2Have Jewelry since that store is fast becoming the deliverer of my heart’s deepest desires. They have modern titanium and gold jewelry for men and women that is handcrafted by independent jewellery designers and rates very high on my *drool worthy* meter!
*give me more*
My husband also has been checking out the store for jewelry that he knows would make the most *perfect* gift for him. He just could not believe that the titanium dual toned wedding ring that he bought at a local store for about $650 would only have costed him half that price handmade! Their selection of men’s jewelry is unbelievably nice, and Lem who’s not usually into buying precious metals, has a list *this* long. It’s made up of cuff links, bracelets, necklace, pendants…. he’s really hooked on titanium and silver.
I hope he’s not peeking, because I would really like to get everyone’s opinion on which one I should get him….. Here are the ones I liked the most:
Maybe we’ll just get matching *truth* rings?

Thanks for dropping by!
Those are really nice…I love silver so much!! I have almost my rings in silver.
Oh wow, that rose bangle is gorgeous! I’ve always loved silver
jewelry and I wear my silver pieces a lot more often than gold.
I agree that spring collections are always exciting.
Silver is my favorite also. I love those rose earrings above. Why oh why do I find these sites when I am broke. It is such a bummer. Bookmarked it though so when I do have some extra cash I can go shopping.
I was glad to see that that bangle has a matching necklace, too. And extra nice is the fact that the bracelet is made to order according to your wrist size.
I like the bangle also. Very pretty. I have a very old choker necklace, that is silver. It belonged to my friends grandma. I always get compliments on it, it is my most fave piece of jewelry.
I prefer silver to gold, but wonder what the prices will be like considering the amount of investment taking place, due to the economy.
It will probably start climbing in price just like everything else, unfortunately. That’s probably the best reason I can think of to buy silver stuff that you want now.
I love the earrings and matching bangle. I generally wear all silver jewelry anyway. I really don’t care for big, gaudy jewelry. The bangle is a little big, but it is very pretty.
Taylor Blue,
You probably have a fabulous collection! I also love silver rings.
I don’t like big and bulky “in your face” jewelry either but for some reason, bracelets don’t bother me.
I don’t like huge necklaces, but even worse to me is an oversized ring. That look is simply “too much” for me.
Katharina, I know!
It’s the perfect accessory for a day with beautiful sun and balmy wind, like today!
Tater03, that really puts a new meaning on window shopping, eh?
At least, when I am broke, I don’t go in to the store and get *touchy feely* that ends up with me going to the cashier and buying what I’m drooling in with my already maxed out credit card.
But this store, really does have some very lovely stuff.
Katharina, there is nothing like custom made jewelry that’s for sure.
I have very small wrists so my bracelets always fall off.
Oh I know! It’s so annoying to find a bracelet I thought was perfect just to try it on and see that it’s much too big. That’s happened to me so often.
The worst problem is the 8 inchers… I could never keep one of those on my wrist. Luckily fewer jewelers are making those now than in the past.
EviesEarth, I also love vintage silver pieces.
You should actually go visit Love2Have Jewelry because they will have similar pieces that I know you are going to just love.
SageMother, I’ve never been one to buy jewelry as an investment.
Maybe someone else can shed a light on investing gold vs. silver….
Katharina, that’s a really good idea.
It’s a good thing to buy now before prices go up.
Trick-r-treat, I don’t know if you have noticed at the stores, big gaudy 80’s jewelry is back.
I personally can’t do big and bulky because I’m so little but celebrities like Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie look great wearing them.
Katharina, I’m not into bulky jewelry either. Some of the local designer shops have these big thick bracelets reminiscence of the 80s…. they just don’t seem pretty.
Katharina, you and I have the same problem.
When I was younger, all these boys used to buy me little tokens of love in form of silver bracelets, and within a day they’re lost!
It was so depressing…..
