Everyone wants to be Irish on St. Patrick’s Day, so to add a little green sparkle, Korbel Champagne Cellars has created the “Irish Kiss.”

Irish Kiss 4 oz Korbel California Brut Champagne 1 oz. Midori(R) Melon LiqueurServe with green sugar-rimmed champagne flute.

To make sugar rim: add two drops of green food coloring to 1/2 cup sugar. Mix well. Rub glass rim with lime and dip in green sugar mixture.
