As for waxing, the first time I ever did anything with my eyebrows, my mom waxed them for me when I was 13 years old. It was for my junior high graduation. I swore that it would never happen again. I used it often, and never had problems with hair growing back differently from before. It was actually a very useful tool, and took only a couple minutes to use.
