		<description>that&#039;s right, it is about disciplining ourself to make the right choices for food.. when you know that the candy bar you are going to eat has the same calories as the large chicken salad you were going to have for lunch instead, you learn to choose he lunch!</description>

		<description>Counting calories is the only thing that I&#039;ve found I can do well with when it comes to dieting.

I&#039;ve found, kernow, that when I keep myself accountable by counting calories, I&#039;ll choose that 80 calorie apple instead of the 400 calorie brownie so that I don&#039;t end up with too big of a number at the end of the day.  

If I&#039;m naughty and choose the brownie... well then I end up sick and dizzy from having only a brownie for lunch and eventually I remember it&#039;s not a good choice to &quot;blow&quot; my 400 calories set aside for lunch.</description>

		<description>I think that a diabetic diet would be one of the best ones to follow.  You are almost killing two birds with one stone.

I don&#039;t follow any sort of dietary regime but I&#039;m not unmindful to making healthy choices and rewarding myself with the occasional treat. On the plus side, I like all the good-for-you stuff. On the minus, I have a real sweet tooth!</description>
