		<description>I was into body building about 20 years ago.  Something that women fear is building bulky muscles, hence the trend towards toning instead of building.  The fact is that women don&#039;t build the bulky muscles if adding weight to their regular routine.

If you build a thicker muscle instead of just toning, you burn more calories at rest!  Just adding 10 pound weights can make a huge difference.</description>

		<description>Great post, it&#039;s actually amazing that small exercises like calf raises actually have a huge impact. I do simple leg lifts, squats etc., and it really works. You definitely don&#039;t have to go to a gym to get great results! :)</description>

		<description>Thanks for the list. These are some great exercises. I used to do the squats all the time and they are awesome for toning. But man they can be hard to do but well worth it when you start seeing the results.</description>
