This is a great idea, quite a few charities are getting money from recycling old mobile phones now, which can only be a good thing.

Having lost my mother to breast cancer 13 years ago, I think anything that brings more awareness and more money to research is a good thing.

Breast cancer is on the rise in Asian women, probably due to the introduction of red meat to Japan, China, and other Asian countries. Everyone should try to do their part to find treatments or cures for the disease that are kinder to the rest of the body. There can never be enough funding for this research.

I wonder if any large companies know about this? I think it would be a good way for them to donate and recycle…goodness knows how many ink cartridges a typical company or corporation goes through!

I am with you it is nice that they are going this route. I know I have two right here now that I can donate. It is nice to feel like you can help in some of these causes. I will be passing this one along to some people that would also love to donate. Thanks

I also have a ton of empty ink cartridges I have been meaning to get refilled, but I think I will be donating it instead.

We don’t have the same charity working here in Canada, but I’m sure I will be able to find a good home for them.

I love that many organizations seem to be turning towards recycling to fundraise! I have an empty ink cartridge every few months or so. If I had known about this in advance, I would’ve had a few cartridges saved up for their cause.
