Thanks for dropping by!
I have never tried this and was wondering if anyone has? Just curious as if it really does what it says? Thanks
I haven’t, but I wonder what kind of “deal” this is and how much a week of meals normally costs.
That is what I don’t care for though is the cost of the meals. Sometimes they can get quite exspensive. I think I might check out the site more I am curious to see what the price is.
I have all the same questions….mostly I want to know how long the 3 hour diet takes to lose weight…..somehow I doubt it’s 3 hours…
Accer, I don’t think it has to with *how long*….. I think it has something to do about eating every three hours of your waking moment
But don’t quote me on that.
I wonder if the food is like Jenny Craig food? It is very expensive but ingredients, like cheese, are all substituted with non-fat, non-sugar, low carbohydrate versions.
Weight loss is fast but you have to retrain your eating habits for the day when you go back to the food you buy from the store.
