Yes, this is Paris looking absolutely sweet and coy during her booking for the DUI charges that landed her in jail. It has been appropriately captured by popular artist Rachel Schmeidler on paint and silk screen for her gallery exhibition series called Hollywood’s Most Wanted. A 17″ x 21″ copy can be purchased for $325 unframed and $425 framed, which is such a steal of a deal considering that photos of the celebrity heiress in jail is going for a bounty of $5 Million!
For this original showcase, Schmeidler gives star treatment to the photos taken and released by the law enforcement and restores the glam back. This Paris Hilton print is just one of the many celebrity mug shots that are hanging on the walls of Hollywood’s Arclight Cinemas until June 21st. Celebrities in the collection include Nicole Ritchie, Lil Kim, Eminem, Anna Nicole Smith, Elvis Presley and of course, the most notorious of them all, Michael Jackson. Schmeidler was inspired to make this series because “American celebrities love to mug for the camera”, she says.

LOl what a scream! I love the celeb mug shot spreads on sites like Tmz.com. This takes it a step further!
I can hear some conservatives now just livid at the fact that these arrests aren’t really hurting celebrities. There was a time where these things would have ruined lives and ended careers.

Jail is now the new “rehab”. I wouldn’t be surprised if people started walking around with JAIL t-shirts instead of those REHAB ones.
I cannot believe that they are now selling celebrity mug shots and at that price. No thanks, I’ll pass on this one.
