Mauvekat, I also do the same night time regimen. We get really cold and dry weather here that my lips get chapped all the time.

It’s not only painful at times…. It’s also not very sexy to look at, especially if start getting blisters.

I have terrible chapped lips in the winter and in the middle of summer as well, the joy of living in a desert. I have to now try this exfoliate first and then use the chapstick. I usually do this before bed, after I wash my face and then put on the better chapstick, I just had not though about it for the daytime as well.

My lips are awful during winter as well! I hate it and I am still looking for a better lip balm.

My lips are terrible in the winter, so parched they bleed sometimes. I go through tons of lip balm a year, but it never occurred to me that I needed to exfoliate–duh! From now on I’ll remember to exfoliate first and THEN moisturize.
