I’ve heard so much about American Idol’s Sanjaya, that I just had to go to Youtube to see if I can check out one of his performances.

Is Sanjaya really so bad that Simon Cowell has to be more nastier than his usual self? Or, could it be that American Idol can use the extra “boost” in viewership that the Sanjaya phenomenon is causing? There are even support vote groups that opened up just to keep him on the show!

I am not sure how I made it to one mailing list, but I get my weekly emails as a reminder to vote for “idol with the best hair.” He’s definitely got the charisma to be a superstar and a better vocal tone than most pop singers you hear on the radio today.

Since everyone in the blogosphere has given their two cents about the great Sanjaya…..

Here are our top 3 list of Celebrity Superstars that have made it to the top just by having great producers, choreographers and brand managers. But when it comes to having passable decent (notice I didn’t mention awesome) vocals, well ….

We love all these divas (Enrique included), and it does go on to prove that you don’t need to have the singing chops of Mariah Carey or Christina Aguilera to be numero uno (#1) on the billboard charts. Fans want the whole package deal, and not just their singing ability.

And it does help to have really sexy hair….
