It’s eleven in the morning and your breakfast is long gone. There is still an hour before your lunch break and feel like a hungry caterpillar on a mission wanting to eat anything in sight. What do you do when you feel hungry, bored, or have low energy?
What do you crave, salty or sweet foods? What you crave can have meaning for what your body needs. Eating three meals a day with a couple of snack times, or eating 6 small meals a day is typical for adults. But, if you are craving only certain foods and/or are hungry for them at odd times a day, then learning how to stop cravings for food will help you take back control.
